Referral agent commissions are awarded for twelve consecutive months starting from the second month of billing. Mindbox billing data is used to calculate commissions as a percentage of total revenue earned from the base module (Mindbox Customer Data Platform) and optional add-on modules. Data storage fees are not eligible for partner commissions.
Add-on modules and services
Add-on module prices are defined as a percentage of the base module price.
Add-on modules are modules that extend Mindbox functionality, for example the POS terminal intergration module. Commission percentage from add-on module revenue is agreed individually with the partner. Partners can provide individual discounts on add-on modules at their own discretion (this requires integration with the Mindbox billing system).
Partners can provide additional services not offered in the Mindbox subscription model via direct contract with the end customer without the involvement of Mindbox.
